On September 30th a regional seminar on "Introducing biogas for urban public transport" was hosted in Riga by the Riga City Council Traffic Department, as part of the More BalticBiogasBus project.

On September 30th a regional seminar on the topic "Introducing biogas for urban public transport" was hosted in Riga by the Riga City Council Traffic Department, as part of the More BalticBiogasBus project. The seminar was attended by approximately 40 participants, among whom were representatives of Riga City and the Latvian ministry of transports.

During the seminar presentations was made by Andulis Zidkovs, Latvian Road Transport Adminstration, Lennart Hallgren, project manager for More BalticBiogasBus, Geert Schaap, project coordinator at Sweco (Sweden), Stein Bjorlykke, HOG Energi (Norway), Andrzej Zoltowski, ITS (Poland), Jonas Forsberg, Biogas Öst (Sweden) and Peter Liss, president of Västerås Lokaltrafik (Sweden).
